Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after being placed from our warehouse. Delivery will take 5-10 business days from the shipping date, depending on the availability of the carrier and the destination. How Can I Track My Order?

How Can I Change My Delivery Address?
Changes to the delivery address are only possible until 11:00 PM (CET, +1 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us at info@citrinelle.com to request any address changes.
Can I Ship to an Address Different from My Billing Address?
Yes, it is possible to ship to a different address than the billing address provided on your payment method.
How Are Orders Shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
